1. Service provider

2. Purpose of the website

The website presents the FastGuest system and lets you book a free demo. Booking a demo does not oblige either you or us to enter into a contract.

Use of the FastGuest system at a venue is governed by a separate contract, which takes precedence over these terms.

3. Demo and calculator

The interactive demo on the website illustrates how the system works; the menu, prices and tables in it are examples. The calculator result is a rough estimate based on the values you enter yourself, not a guarantee of income.

4. Intellectual property

The texts, photos, video, logo and design of the website belong to the service provider or are used with permission. They may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

5. Liability

We do our best to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for damage arising from reliance on it or for temporary unavailability of the website.

6. Privacy

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes fall under the competent court in Belgrade, unless the law provides otherwise for consumers.
