Privacy policy

1. Who processes your data

2. What data we collect

The “Book a free demo” form: name, venue name and phone number (only what you enter yourself) and the visit source (e.g. Instagram) if you came through our link.

If you contact us via Instagram, we continue the conversation by the phone or email you give us. Instagram messages are also processed by Meta Platforms under its own rules.

Technical data: on every visit, the hosting provider's server logs the IP address, the time of the request and the browser type. We do not link this data to your identity.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use the form data to contact you and arrange a demo. The basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 12(1)(2) of the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection; Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We process technical data for the security and proper operation of the website, on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 12(1)(6) ZZPL; Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We don't send advertising messages, build profiles or sell data.

4. How long we keep data

We keep form data for no more than 12 months from the last contact, unless you become a customer, in which case we keep it for the duration of the contract and as long as regulations require.

Technical logs are deleted automatically within a short period, according to the hosting provider's settings.

5. Who else has access

Vercel Inc. (USA): website hosting. Resend, Inc. (USA): delivering demo requests to our email. [[EMAIL PROVIDER, e.g. Google Workspace]]: our mailbox. These processors handle data solely on our instructions and under a data processing agreement.

Transfers to the USA are made with appropriate safeguards: the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.

6. Cookies

The website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking tools. Fonts, images and video load from our own server, with no calls to third parties. That's why there's no consent banner either.

7. QR menu at the venue

When a guest orders through the QR code on the table, we process the order data on behalf of the venue, as a processor. The venue, as controller, is responsible for that processing. Ordering requires no account, name or phone number.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, the right to data portability and the right to object. Send your request to [[kontakt@fast-guest.com]], and we reply within 30 days.

If you believe the processing is unlawful, you can file a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs) and, if you live in the EU, with the supervisory authority in your country.

9. Changes

We may change this policy when the service or regulations change. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update.
